Phu Quoc Island Nightlife

Phu Quoc seems designed with resort-dwellers in mind, so you're mostly expected to eat at your own hotel. For something cheaper and more local, head into Duong Dong for the night market or stop by at Cassia for the $2 staff meal, where you'll get to try whatever they are eating that day!

Le Deauville
One of the few independent establishments located on the beach, this French restaurant/bar is the perfect place to have lunch, watch the sunset or have a relaxing dinner.

Le Bistro
Very pleasant and inexpensive restaurant/bar set in lush gardens with pool table and good tunes.

Grill your own seafood and meats at your table. Reasonably priced, deliciously prepared food.

Dog Bar
Australian run bar with pool, darts and TV for sports. Good option for those looking for a late night drink.

Eden
This could be the best nightlife option in Phu Quoc; set on the beach with outside areas, as well as plenty of room inside with a couple of pool tables. Unfortunately there is a bad atmosphere in here created by the management. There have been many sour reviews and unless you are in a large group desperate for a party, it is best avoided for the time being.

Hop Inn
An Australian/Vietnamese street style barbecue restaurant. Prices are reasonable for the good quality. The place is tidy, the service is friendly and they understand English. They give you the feeling of being really welcome. They put up candles on the tables and have some nice music, that is not too loud either.

Rainbow Bar
Located on the beach next to Mai House, this bar looks like something that could be good but isn't. Sloppy service, poor decor and they were still advertising their Xmas Party in February. Try somewhere else.
